Abandoned bike frame affixed to bike stand via a D lock. Location, front of University of Westminster by the entrance to Ladies toilets.

Appears that a sticker with no date/officer details has been affixed along with a property tag. If the item remains insitu after 48 hours has passed, removal will be arranged
