Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

Bins are constantly overflowing on Wigmore street (45, 47&49 Wigmore Street), Occupants have raised concerns, as they have seen members of the public rummaging through the bags and they are worried this could lead to further issues, such as break ins and also leaves the street looking messy and untidy. Photo attached.
