Alley way gate not locking

The alley gate between numbers 80 and 82 Anthony Road DA16 3EJ does not lock and people have been dumping rubbish outside and up the alley way.

We would appreciate if this could be sorted and our block could be issued some new keys number 80-86 Anthony Road.
