Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

At the intersection of Tanner Ln and Praed Street on both sides of Tanner Ln there are big signs placed on the pavement informing drivers about diversions. Their size and the way they are situated completely blocks the view of incoming cars on either side when trying to join Praed street from Tanner Ln.
