Tree outside 138 St Stephens Road TW3 2BW prune long overdue

A man knocked our door saying they were attempting to prune our tree outside our house but couldn't as there was a car parked outside. No notification had been fixed to the tree to advise no parking. We were told they would come back in a couple off days. They never returned but we have noticed most other trees in the road have been pruned. My wife sweeps our drive and path most days but the leaves continue to fall. The pavement is full of leaves which can be slippery when wet and cause someone to slip over.Please can we have this tree pruned as soon as possible.
