We have passed this job to a tree officer who is looking back into the job as it requires a cherry picker due to multiple phone lines but is currently no access for one.

This job can not be completed until the bollards are removed to enable us to get the cherry picker through to complete the job.

This site will be re inspected for access. Bromley council do not prune trees because of phone lines but carry out safety works.. One of the trees is growing very near a bedroom window.
Thank you

I am very sorry but it is not policy to utility prune trees for overhanging cables (BT). It is recommended to get in touch with your service provider to organise for works to be undertaken who have specialist team who can undertake works which may involve disconnecting service temporarily to facilitate works.
