Food Wise Norfolk place. Large numbers of Deliveroo Riders gather outside Food Wise. There is no distance between them or wearing of masks. It’s as if Covid doesn’t exist for them. Why are they exempt from the precautions the majority of people are taking to stop the spread of Covid. Westminster council need to be more stringent with restriction breakers otherwise it will get worse.
