Conway workers carrying out work outside allowed hours for non emergency road work. On the night between 5 and 6 Nov, work was carried out until 1am. Then another truck came back to work from 3 to 3:30am. Why isn’t the council doing anything after several reports? Is the courts the only way to stop this?
