Over grown bushes and grass hasn't been cut as stated on gardening map!

Not reported to council

The hedge in front of flat 7 & 8 over grown causing obstruction to parking bays. The grass hasn't been cut front or back for months. It sates on website that grass was cut in October which isn't true! If this isn't done I will be contacting my local councillor .
