Abandoned Trolleys, dumped mattresses etc
Reported via desktop anonymously at 13:36, Sun 1 November 2020
Sent to Basildon Borough Council and Essex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2366046.
St Marys Crescent needs a good clean-up. Neighbours who dispose of their litter in the right way should not have to put up with all the fly tipping, trolleys and rubbish being dumped here and in the side alleyway which runs between SM Path and SM Crescent. There is even a mattress dumped in the back alley of St Marys Path off St Marys Crescent outside No 4. It has been there well over a week and is unhygienic, Perhaps the resident of No 4 St Marys can be reminded of their responsibilities when it comes to dumping a mattress in an alleyway where residents need access let alone the hygiene issues in this pandemic situation.

The mattress was removed but trolleys and other rubbish still abound. It's very despairing.

This area is still a mess, rubbish at the back of house, graffiti on the a metal fence, fly tipping, trolleys etc. It really needs a regular clear-up that is not happening at the moment and is totally unfair on residents who pay council tax and pay their way to live in this state.
