White lines missing, give way sign a wreck

At this very busy junction the white lines are gone and the give way sign is white. Also the illumination on this sigh and others at the junction are on all day, or broken. That reduces their life hugely, increasing maintenance costs and environmental footprint, while increasing the amount of time they are dysfunctional.
