Black ford has no number plates and has all punctured tyres, and has been there for weeks and even had a notice on this.

An Audi is broken and has damage to the car it looks like its been in a crash has plastic sheets over the windows where the glass is missing this is also been there for few weeks as well and parked in double yellow lines .

The black Audi which is very badly damaged i still there! Why has it not been removed?
