Car parking on pavement obscuring view at junction

Hi, when driving up Leedham Road and then stopping at the junction with Shiregreen Lane you are presented with a fairly difficult junction as you are on the inside of a curve. Lately a blue Citroen people carrier has been parking on the pavement (all 4 wheels on the pavement) at the left hand side of the junction (also on double yellow lines) obstructing the view almost totally from the left. Looking right at this junction a red estate car regularly parks on double yellow lines making the view from the right up Shiregreen Lane nearly blocked. On a number of occasions this has made this junction quite nerve racking to pull out of. Could this be looked at please; I assume these car owners may work so their cars may not be there during the day time. It will not be long before there is a nasty accident. The situation with the red car has been going on for months, the blue car about a week or so.

I tackle this obstruction several times per week. I've reported it to the police as I very nearly hit a motorbike because my view was impaired from bothe sides. I had a close call with a car aswell recently, emergency stop! It's worth noting that wheelchairs can't get past the illegally parked citron either on a potentially very dangerous corner. Everyone who is affected by this should report it until it's stopped.
