No pavement, so pedestrians are dangerously in the road

The hedgerows are incredibly overgrown, this is causing danger to pedestrians and damage to vehicles. Pedestrians, including dog walkers, families with pushchairs and the elderly, are unable to safely let cars past, cars are unable to pass eachother as the 2 passing spots are too overgrown and the hedges are causing damage to residents vehicles.
