This tree has been dead for at least a year and high winds could bring it crashing down on parked cars. The tree is on Council land so the council will be liable for any damage caused to vehicles and or people.

Apologies if I have already posted this - not sure if it worked. The branches have been falling on cars recently with the frost and then wind and rain. I am worried the larger branches will start to fall.
