Overgrown bank
Reported in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 18:00, Sun 30 August 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2270795.
Back area of Holloway houses used to be a grassy bank several metres wide, defined by a low level wooden boundary fence. Big trees one side, grass the other - up to back of houses. Over last few years, not only has our light been encroached on by self seeded ash trees etc, the brambles & bind weed has run rampant & now almost touches the balconies. A narrow path was recently mowed by council following a previous 'fix my street' request, but once again has vanished. As original grass bank seems to have been abandoned to unwanted vegetation, please at least mow a path on a regular basis. The lack of care does make me wonder what the ground rent fees goes on ... Also, the wall on the Holloway hill up to Bear Flat has become extremely overgrown too - forcing traffic on the blind bend into each others paths. Thank you.
