Foul smelling food waste

Sent to Sheffield City Council less than a minute later

I noticed this some time ago and it is still there. Three catering size yoghurt tubs with no lids . The waste looks like faeces and smells so bad, even after you walk past, you can still smell it. There is a bin bag of rubbish too.
