Bollard has been knocked over, not standing upright and not lit

What appears to be a Bollard, which appears to be one that needs to be illuminated, looks like its been knocked down completely and also this means the light (if it has one) is not working because whole bollard is down (as I couldn't see any light near the knocked down bollard from where I saw it). It is on the exit of the roundabout on the A4174, I believe, based on the map on my phone. I can see from the map, that I took a screen shot on my phone, that it is the roundabout on the A4174. The address I input on this report im not sure if this is the exact address (just entered Hartcliffe way and selected what I thought was most likely address) but used it to pull up the map to try and be more specific on location, and so to the best of my knowledge I believe the bollard is on the roundabout exit for Hartcliffe way (which then leads into hawkfield road further up (for reference)) where I have dropped the pin, if not, is on one of the exits for this roundabout. I was not sure what option to put in the above drop down for 'what is the subject matter' as it didn't have an option for damaged/missing bollard I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A BOLLARD OR STREET SIGNAGE OF SORT BUT DIFFICULT TO BE CERTAIN AS IT HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN AND SO DIFFICULT TO SEE WHAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED EXACTLY. USED THIS REPORT METHOD BUT PLEASE FORWARD OR LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO REPORT TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT OR REPORT FORM.
