Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Diane Raybould at 16:55, Tue 30 June 2020
Sent to Bridgend Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2179796.
Uneven broken pavements caused a fall last week. There had been a general deterioration since tarmac laid with adjacent paving all cracked and sinking.

Work has now started on tarmacing whole of Beach Road, unfortunately for us they started at the other end! Work is slow, I estimate at least another month before it reaches the location of my fall. My neighbour witnessed another serious fall close to mine the following week.

The pavement has been tarmaced from Trecco along the front of the beach which is one sided, approx 1/3 of job finished, 2/3 to go. All work stopped weeks ago, no sign or notification of when it will recommence and if the rest of the road will be completed. Where I tripped is at the beginning of Beach Road, So no! The job has not been completed!
