Public pathway unpassable due to hedging and brambles covering the p

The hedge is unpassable when walking my dog, and the bank is very uneven. There are brambles now hanging at face level and unsafe to pass.

There are several properties in haycombe drive where the hedge is overgrown it is getting dangerous especially on the inner circle by the trees.there are 2 houses 1on the outer circle(181)and 1on the inner circle Dont know the number but cant be missed it is impossible to walk on the path people with pushchairs are having to go down over the grass verge to get past there are several more on the inner circle going towards mount road that are very overgrown. Somebody will have an accident before long
