This has been taped to the abandoned vehicle, & not surprisingly, again it belongs to flat 4, who continually uses the street & pavements as his own private property causing many problems & obstructions for the residents. This vehicle is preventing a taxed vehicle from parking in the street where we live! (Also none of the existing residents were notified re: planning permission (& opportunity to object) to convert a shop yard into these dwellings, so are they even there legally?)

Hi Bexley, Can we have an update on this please. The abandoned vehicle has not moved since it was last notified to you on Saturday 20th June 2020. The resident of number 4 is currently taking up 3 parking spaces with the trailer, an attached car and a motorbike, none of which move. This is separate to the car he actually uses which takes up another space. It's causing a great deal of parking issues for the residents on the street and is large and unsightly. An urgent update would be appreciated as this has been going on for months now.

Following on from the previous post, We echo all of the above & also want something done about this, as do all the other residents I have spoken to as enough is enough now. As well as the kiosk, car(s), motorbike, push bikes this man also has a ‘Blue Badge’ displayed in another one of his vehicles yet has been seen speeding up & down the street on the motorbike with no helmet. I’m no expert but aren’t blue badges issued because of disabilities? Not for people who speed around on motorbikes? Back to the original point, this eyesore kiosk has been rooted without moving for several weeks now & something needs to done about this please. According to information listed on your website, planning permission was refused for these bedsits, so no one should be living in these illegal dwellings, let alone have several dumped vehicles in a street with already limited parking availability. Can something be done as a matter of urgency. We want some sort of acknowledgement given & action taken.

Following on from the comments above, I also would like an update on this as I live opposite and this causes issues for people to park.
There is limited parking already on this street and no.4 has selfishly used up all spots outside his house as if it's a private driveway. This has been dumped there for months. Also the space behind is enough room for one and a half cars, he parks his car there leaving half a space which is irritating when you can't get parked outside your own house.

The kiosk & attached car have been dumped there without moving for 91days now, the other car he actually drives takes up another space & his motorbikes another. 4 spaces taken up by a resident of a studio flat. All other vehicles have to park on the pavement within the bays & these dumped vehicles don’t even adhere to that rule! wonder why he is allowed to break the rules?

Just checked & the dumped car & kiosk are on the bays - just. However they have still been dumped there for 91 days & the kiosk seems to be being used as a ‘cupboard’ as an extension of the studio flat so it doesn’t seem there is any intention on it being moved 🤷🏻♀️
