Traffic refuge island is damaged at junction of Englishcombe Lane with Whiteway Road, Southdown, Bath

The Traffic refuge island is lifting out of the ground and the metal base surrounding the concrete is rusting badly. Could this base be re-constructed before Volker replace the bollard - thanks.

  • Heavy rain causing flooding down my driveway, out the front of my house and around the back. Also effects the interior of my house as the water causes damp when the water ologies through the damp level vents.
