Your tree surgeon came to cut branches from a tree across the road whereby a large vehicle had struck it and yet the dead branches on the tree outside 61 which opposite the other tree has not been touched. I asked the contractor if he could do it and was told i had to report to you. This case was closed by you without anything being done on the tree - please address this issue.
