Untended hedgerow causes damage to vehicles in narrow lane and danger to pedestrians, particularly at present when many walkers are using the lane

  • Cutting back hedges on Haycombe Lane is now URGENT. Lots of walkers using this Lane, including mobility scooter. Witnessed man nearly falling into road today as he tried to go up into hedgerow to allow car to pass. Very dangerous. Vehicles getting scratched and wing mirror damaged this week
