Overflowing bins + grass not cut
Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 13:32, Fri 1 May 2020
Sent to Ceredigion Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2102561.
The bins on the footpath through Penparcau Park are overflowing because the Council have not been emptying them at all. The Council have also left the park grass and the areas near to Neuadd Goffa grow far too much. All the above show a lack of civic pride and affect the village community because of it.

You would need to call #Aberystwyth Town Council about this. Not sure who the contact is as the information is out of date. Try this, 01970 617544

County Council workers both clear the bins and cut the grass. I know for sure that the latter group are supervised by John Hadlow, head of Parks & Gardens and I understand that the bins team are CCC staff that work out of the industrial estate in Aberystwyth. Aberystwyth Town Council don’t have staff. They are responsible for what happens inside the playground and all I’ve referred to is outside that.

The bins have been cleared but the grass remains uncut - in a public park!
