Waste bins behind La Bodega Del Vino Resturant

The people that live at the address have used our Simply Waste bin to dispose of wood and general waste. This costs us money to remove and is not part of our rates.Our restaurant is closed so the bins have been empty. Do they need a larger bin if they have overflow of waste. This waste needs to be removed from our bin as we do not have the money to pay simply waste as the restaurant is closed. I have the evidence from the black black if needed.
