Path not reinstated (Paston FP 1)
Reported in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 00:51, Thursday 26 March 2020
Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later
Following straight on from the issue reported at https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1966352 , now yet another breach of the Rights of Way Act 1990. On 24th March 2020 the field, including the path surface, was drilled. By the evening of 25th March when the photos were taken, well over 24 hours later, there had been zero reinstatement of the path. Breach after breach of the Rights of Way Act 1990 is occurring to this path, without the Norfolk County Council making any contact with the offending occupier.
Evening of 26th March 2020: The farmer has evidently re-visited the field, since yesterday, to spread a dressing of white granules, but there has been still zero reinstatement of the path. Now well over 48 hours have elapsed since the disturbance - i.e., more than twice the period of time allowed for resintatement.
