  • The bins are always out on the pavement along with old mattresses and bags of rubbish. The tenants of these flats have a front yard that can easily accommodate the wheelie bins but they are too lazy to do so! The tenants have no regard for the mess they are generating and how their bins, always open and full of torn bags, are attracting rats and mice, creating a much bigger environmental health problem.

  • No action has been taken and now the residents of 24, 26, 28, 36, 38, 42, 44, 46 and 48 Knowles Hill Crescent have taken to blocking the pavement with their wheelie bins. What is the point of Fix My Street if it can't get a council to fix something as this?!!
