Our traffic wardens can issue parking tickets for parking on double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of pavement parking when there are no restrictions in place.
Driving on a pavement is illegal and drivers can be fined if witnessed by the police. The police can also issue parking tickets for parking across a drop kerb or causing wilful obstruction. If pavement parking is causing an obstruction or there is danger please phone the police on 101. This report will now be closed.
