Sent to Wycombe District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1992309.
Fencing has fallen down, due to the high winds and its exposed dumped building materials,mainly timber, and paving slabs ect. this area is opposite 18/16 old kiln road,this is blocking the path and a potential hazard.

The fence is completely blocking the pavement. This road is used extensively for parking by parents taking their children to Carrington schools. Major trip hazard especially in the dark.

Despite making it clear this is a serious trip hazard no action has been taken. The fence is protruding 10 inches into the road. Additionally a resident narrowly missed hitting it with her car.
No information received on planned action from the Council.

Just spoken to the transport department at BCC and they cannot understand why it hasn't been moved as it is clearly a hazard as the photo shows.
It has now been passed to their emergency team for action.
