I saw this pile of what looks like food containers and bags (with food still in it I think). The containers are sealed and have cling film over the lids the bags are tied at the top. These things were not here yesterday evening 24th January. They are just at the side of the footpath, next to the dog waste bin, behind the White Hart pub on Back Lane Chalfont St. Giles.

The first lot of this rubbish was reported before the end of January( first picture) It has now been added to (second picture). This is obviously food waste which will attract rats. WHY has nothing been done about it nearly 2 weeks later ???
