Sent to Sheffield City Council 5 minutes later
Regularly there is a beggar sat outside Bargain Outlet at Fir Vale shops. Sometimes it is a man and sometimes a woman of ethnic origin. Yesterday a woman was sat there around 1pm and she definitely shook a throwaway cup at someone and asked for money. This has been going on now for over a year on and off
Why would it be sorted if both the police and the council refuse to take responsibility. Apparently it is a police problem but you need to ring 101 when the beggar is there. Not to tell them by email that it is regular occurrence.
