Baker Street Two Way Project - Get the traffic moving - clean the signage - Get the traffic moving - clean the signage - keep the traffic on the aspired two-way system moving

Reported by Our Community at 18:58, Monday 6 January 2020

Sent to Westminster City Council 2 minutes later

Get the traffic moving - clean the signage - keep the traffic on the aspired two way system moving.

What is the reason for keeping the Controlled Zone signage filthy? The filthy signage was reported in June 2019.

Drivers using our area as a rat run waiting on the yellow box for right turn, holding up toward coming HGV and coach traffic cannot see the filthy signage.

  • Baker Street Partnership suggested that the police should be approached. The police is unable to do anything as there are no witnesses.

The two way traffic has resulted in traffic chaos, air and noise pollution.Yet it is not clear where monitoring is being implemented.
