Damage to our railings due to recent addition of two resident parking bays

Reported in the Safety fences and barriers category anonymously at 14:20, Friday 3 January 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Westminster City Council 5 minutes later

The City Council have recently added two resident parking bays at the junction of St Michael's Street and Sale Place located outside our property at No 72 St Michael's Street. This has restricted turning from Sale Place into St Michael's Street and proves difficult for cars and in particular larger vehicles to manoeuvre. Previously, there was no problem and we have been residents and owners since 2015. The first accident was a car hitting the bollard outside our house and more worrying for us is that a vehicle hit our railings at night causing damage to our property. Please can you send one of your transport engineers to meet us to inspect.
