To help us action and resolve this issue please could further information be provided as comments to this report. For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.

And the contractor STILL hasn't done it. This stump is o/s 18 Warren Avenue . This is nearly 6 months old - surely a service failure by now? Also this is all very strange because the contractor has removed the stump outside 24 Warren Avenue. Our contractor has been sent a reminder. There are lots of tree stumps in Bromley awaiting to be ground. they are done in batches, they do not pose a health and safety issue.

Don't understand. Message of 22June made sense and reasonable. message of last Wednesday doesn't make sense because the stump is still there. The problem has not been fixed.

Still there nearly 3 months later! It is now nearly a year since this was first reported. that must be a service failure
