Ground has sunk around drain covers causing undulating surface by several inches, unable to transit in wheelchair or walking aids

  • Work has started but appears to have been.abandoned with barriers fallen over and open ground exposed. Now worse than previous report and continues to impede access for both pushchairs and wheelchair users.
