Numerous blue and clear bags of recycled waste left on corner of a Beaumont Street and Devonshire Street outside Mousehole Nursery, p have noted items addressed to residents of a Beaumont Street. It is unacceptable that my neighbours cause this unsightly pile of rubbish l don’t understand why they cannot keep their waste until they say of collection as we do in the block p live in - if all residents were equally inconsiderate we would be knee deep in rubbish very week. Likewise l note some of the business & restaurant on this part of Devonshire Street also left rubbish bags in the pavement over thd Christmas period which those of us who live locally had to tolerate over the holiday period - l would like to request the WCC write to all businesses and residents in the area reminding g them of the need to dispose of waste considerately and appropriately.
