Has anyone yet been prosecuted for letting their dig foul pavements? Does Bath have a dog warden? I believe there is a by-law requiring dogs to be on a lead so that owners become responsible - is this ever enforced? Are dogs which are 'put out' and foul our pavements ever caught? Does anyone else care about this? Are prosecution statistics readily available anywhere?
