Street light out for months 002 Longfellow Avenue

I was walking back from the bustop and tripped as I can’t see where the pavement drops in the dark This light has been reported numerous times and you still haven’t done anything , it is unsafe especially as a lone female walking back late at night

  • This light is due to be replaced, we shall chase our contractors for their attendance and apologise for the delay. The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored.

  • We can confirm that work to install new column 002 is intended to start before the end of the year. A new power supply will then be connected to the light and we have been advised this is planned to happen in the first part of January. We hope this information is of help and we are sorry for the delay in this work taking place.
