Mindless damage of our pavements.

Bryanston and Dorset Square Ward

Local council seems to have instructed Mechanical Road sweeping pavements on the red route and yellow route streets.

The machine is stripping the asphalt, damaging the pavement, and leaving heaps of leaves on the street.

Damage noted and reported on 24 November. "Pavement surface raptured/damaged by a mechanical road sweeper. Could it be the shoddy finish left from the Baker Street and Gloucester Place project? Reported by Our Community at 09:51, Sunday 24 November 2019(Hide your name?) Sent to Westminster City Council 4 minutes later"

If all litter and fly-tipping on London's roads is the responsibility of the council concerned, then the Mayor of London will not be happy with the damage caused by the local council.
