Grey bin and Morrisons shopping trolley. One grey bin full of rubbish and a shopping trolley full of rubbish. The grey bin shows rat hole on lid. This area has been a target for fly tipping. Especially, the corner of Temple End and Glennisters Road where there is vegetation. It seems that rubbish are dumped there because the street camera is obscured by vegetation. As resident of Temple End having reported fly tipping in the past, I would like to call for urgent action to clear the overgrowth and/or focus the camera on that area to catch the perpetrator. It is socially irresponsible to dump your rubbish on your neighbour's doorstep/footpath.
Photo did not upload on report, so resubmitting here. Fly tipping is clearly visible on the footway.
