The pedestrian footpath between Ivy Avenue and Hillcrest Drive has 3 streetlights, but at 7.10 this morning they were all switched off although it was still dark at that time

We have liaised with the manufacturer about these new lanterns. The settings on them have been adjusted and we are going to continue to monitor them.

This problem still continues!! The light at the top of the steps does not work at all and the other 2 do not shed enough light to see the steps Ivy Avenue to Hillcrest Drive steps

These new lanterns are re-active lights. They stay dim until you walk towards them when they come up to full power. The light at the top of the steps was adjusted yesterday so should now come on at a low level until activated when it will get brighter. In addition to this all 3 lanterns are due to be adjusted by the manufacturer in the next two weeks so they are not quite so dim when they switch on initially.
