Once again somebody is using the bin area as a parking space at the London and Quadrant Parkside development on Newlands Park.

The illegal parker can be seem on the cctv and has pushed the rogue black bin out onto the public footpath where it will no doubt encourage fly tipping once again.

The neighbours of this development are constantly having to raise issues around bins on street etc at this development on non bin days.

Will lewisham please raise this once again with London and Quadrant. They have a managing agent who is paid good money to 'manage ' the site. ( a small development of 9 flats )
