Dangerous driving / speeding

Reported by Cllr Arif Husssin at 09:38, Saturday 5 October 2019

Sent to Wycombe District Council 6 minutes later

I live at the bottom of Green Hill (very steep road) in High Wycombe. In the last 12 months there were 3 accidents on my road where cars speeding down the hill at 60mph crashed into someone’s house. I have wrote to the council about this before but nothing has been done, and no-one responded to my letter. There needs to be either speed bumps or speed camera and zebra crossing installed in Green Hill before someone get’s killed. I attach a CCTV from this morning where a car crashed into my house minutes after I left for work and just before my wife was going to take my children to school. If this happened few mins later or before either myself or my family would no longer be in this world. There is no CCTV footage attached but I am sure I can get that. Cllr Arif Hussain

Updates

  • I didn't reported mine because it was minor. My door window was smashed in when we had our road resurfaced few months ago. Angela Hill, Neighbourhood Watch coordinator in Coningsby Road.
