Pavement is tarmac and due to seedlings from elm trees and various weeds the surface is damaged and uneven. It is only a narrow pavement and made narrower by damage and weeds. Has lots of use by school children, dog walkers and residents.

No one has cleaned this street since last complaint a few years ago. It needs regular removal of elm seedlings and weeds before seedlings become trees. I do try and remove weeds and seedlings but some are too well established for me to remove.
