Sent to Lewisham Borough Council less than a minute later

There is a rogue / abandoned black bin at London and Quadrant Parkside flats that needs removing as it is just going to encourage more fly tipping which would be a big shame as the neighbours spent almost a year chasing L&Q to tidy up this area.

Please can prompt action be taken to keep this area in good order. many thanks
