Multiple bins blocking pavement

Litchfield Grove, N3 There are now 2 bins from Panda resturant blocking the pavement. They are positioned either side of a BT cabinet and it is impossible to get past with a buggy/child. Pedestrians are now forced into the road even more than when there was 1 bin blocking one side!!
