#27 Beresford Avenue bins out

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 07:38, Tuesday 20 August 2019

Sent to Hull City Council 2 minutes later

The bins from #27 have been permanently left out on the street since at least the 2nd August. This is a problem as it breaks the council's bin policy, it attracts 'bin-raiding' and fly-tipping and causes issues with litter and smell and we have a problem with the taking and burning of wheelie bins on the nearby children's playground.
