Beware of thieves sign removed from lamp post.

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council and St Albans City Council 4 minutes later

The Beware of Thieves Smart Water sign that had been attached to the lamp post here for many years has been removed from this lamp post outside of 1 cell barnes lane by someone that left the cutters in the road and sign laying on pavement by lamp post..I picked it up and will phone council to report it being taken down..

  • It should have been fixed/replaced by now, but it appears no one knows who was responsible for putting it there in the first place..council? neighbourhood watch? neither has answer to whom to contact regarding getting this sign replaced..Strange!

  • This is still waiting for whomever is responsible for replacing it? you go out of your way to report things and find no one knows who deals with it, worse still!, nothing is done to rectify problem..
