There is constantly rubbish and particularly cigarette stubs around this lovely tree by Istanbul shop. There is a bin just by the tree!

Still not been fixed - there are always cigarette buts here

Today 18 sept there are still cigarette butts around tree and rubbish very disappointing it is always here.
